Dear colleagues and constant companions, our customers,

This year is a much more special and busy year for our company compared to previous years. With the successes we achieved in the first two quarters and the important work we have initiated, we are taking firm steps forward. We made a strong start to the first half of the year with a high volume of orders. This is a strong reflection of our customers' trust in us and our competitive position in the sector. I am proud of our successful performance despite the uncertainties in the world and in our country. I congratulate all our teammates for this success.

Compared to previous years, 2023 is more special for us as we aim for a higher growth rate, plan many innovations and developments, and continue the process of moving to our new factory. As one of the examples of this, I would like to mention a big step we have taken in Spain, the largest country in the olive oil market. In March, we opened our HAUS IBERIA company and realized the first step of our goal to have an effective presence in this important market. With this initiative, I believe that we will further strengthen our presence in Spain, where we are already present, and make maximum use of our growth potential. This new step is an important milestone for all of us on the way to global recognition and increased competitiveness of our company.

In the coming period; we will go beyond being a company that provides equipment. We have started our efforts to add value to our customers as a company that offers solutions in various industrial processes. By establishing a closer relationship with our customers, we will understand their problems and help them follow the latest trends and best practices in their industries. We will offer them a competitive advantage in their processes and enable them to make their processes more efficient. By sharing not only our products but also our experience, knowledge and expertise, we will offer our customers customized solutions for their processes. We will continue to prioritize customer focus and quality in these efforts. The satisfaction and success of our customers will be the driving force that strengthens us. Together we will write common success stories.

In the second half, we will continue to increase our efficiency by further deepening our efforts on lean and effective project management. We aim to track our backlog of orders faster and more precisely, providing our customers with an experience that will make it easier for them to track their orders and increase their satisfaction. As a step towards this, we made an organizational change in our project team in the first half of the year and moved to a more efficient project management model. Thanks to this change, we have simplified the customer experience and improved the customer experience throughout the order's journey from order receipt to production, shipment and commissioning. Therefore, we aimed to continuously renew ourselves by providing an environment where our team can work with focus, take responsibility and develop their skills. We will continue our investments in training, closely follow developments in the industry and adopt technological advances to offer innovative solutions. Of course, the role and contribution of our valuable teammates is of great importance in this transformation. In this journey, we will increase the success of our company by adapting to change and intensifying our customer focus. Together, we will maintain our position as a solution provider and a leader in the sector.

I am happy to say that we have crowned this process full of planning and achievements by increasing the integration with our overseas offices. Our company is gradually transforming into a more global structure and in this direction, we are strengthening our overseas operations simultaneously with the central structure. Through these integration efforts, we aim to enable our teams in different countries to better communicate with each other and to increase the sharing of knowledge and experience. In this process, I would also like to emphasize that the volume of international projects we are involved in and our global-scale work will increase.

We will focus on further increasing the added value we provide to our valued customers, especially in the coming year, with the strength we get from our new factory, which is in the process of being relocated. Our new factory will increase our production capacity and flexibility and enable us to provide faster and higher quality service to our customers. Thanks to our new premises and production volume, we will be able to offer our customers a wider range of products and react faster to meet their demands.

Under these challenging conditions of increasing change and uncertainty in the world, I would like to thank our Board of Directors, our valuable teammates, our back-to-back stakeholders and you, our valued customers, who have never withheld their support. Centrifuge machines are high speed, therefore their maintenance and controls should be done on time. Planned maintenance activities extend the working life of the machines, ensure the continuity of your process and prevent unforeseen breakdown that may occur in the future due to usage error or normal use. For this reason, we recommend you to make a planned maintenance agreement. If you submit your request, our After Sales Services department will contact you for the most appropriate maintenance agreement for your process and needs.
"Before the machines are unloaded from the vehicle or the container, the general control must be made, and the machines condition must be recorded with photographs or video if possible. The date, time and location of the damage should be noted. As soon as the damage is detected, a report must be signed by the driver of the vehicle, the number of damaged containers must be indicated on the CMR convention and the signature of the carrier must be taken. CMR insurance will then be activated. In case of shipment damages, the damage report prepared with the logistics company should be directed to HAUS, meanwhile, the relevant insurance expert should be informed immediately and act according to the expert's instructions. It should not be forgotten that you may have to pay material damages due to transactions that are not done correctly on time.
