US THROUGH THE EYES OF OUR CUSTOMERS

In this issue, we are reaching out to the Southeast region. We set off for Kilis and interviewed 9 customers and shot with 6 of them. We would like to thank all our customers who opened the doors of their facilities to us without a second thought and told us in a sincere language why they prefer HAUS. Here are the highlights of our interviews with our valuable customers, each of whom welcomed us with their smiling faces in each facility....

DURAN YÜKSEK – “"When we were researching machinery, we always processed our olives with Hakkı Usta's machines. We did research, we went around the best working factories in Kilis, we saw that there was always Hakkı Usta. There is no problem in oil quality, in the working order of the machines, for example... We find HAUS really interested in after-sales services. They call, they ask, they follow up, they stand behind it. We are witnesses to this. When we call our service when there is a malfunction, our service comes and fixes the malfunction within a few hours at the latest. I have not heard of any other company working better in this region.... Our local olives are not like table olives, they are more oily. We know that these machines (HAUS) are more efficient because the oil ratio is higher... Our producers who come here look and see, they ask if these are German companies, when we say Turkish, they say how nice, we encounter positive things.

"Before the machines are unloaded from the vehicle or the container, the general control must be made, and the machines condition must be recorded with photographs or video if possible. The date, time and location of the damage should be noted. As soon as the damage is detected, a report must be signed by the driver of the vehicle, the number of damaged containers must be indicated on the CMR convention and the signature of the carrier must be taken. CMR insurance will then be activated. In case of shipment damages, the damage report prepared with the logistics company should be directed to HAUS, meanwhile, the relevant insurance expert should be informed immediately and act according to the expert's instructions.
