    DECANTER CENTRIFUGES
Decanter Centrifuge technology offers high capacity, low cost and fast solutions in almost all process and industrial areas (over 2500 applications) that can be separated from each other by density difference. This technology achieves this by efficiently separating the solid and liquid phases (solid-liquid or solid-liquid-liquid) found in the processed products.

Decanter Centrifuge consists of a bowl rotating at high rpm in horizontal axis to apply the necessary high centrifugal (G) force to provide solid-liquid separation, a spiral conveyor rotating with the bowl at acertain differential speed, a driving group that provides the necessary force to these rotating parts and the chassis (body) that carries all of these parts mentioned above.

    WORK PRINCIPLE
As operating principle, decanter centrifuge uses the method of separation of the product fed into solid-liquid phases by applying high centrifugal force and continouosly gaining of these separated phases from different outlets. The product to be separated is fed into the feeding chamber in the spiral conveyor which rotates at high speed by the feeding pipe. By the effect of the centrifugal force, the product enters into the bowl and forms layers through the bowl inner wall according to their density differences. Heavy phase (solid) settles down through the bowl wall and the settled solid phase is conveyed to the solids outlet at the conical part by the conveyor, while the separated liquid phase is gained through the height adjustable plates at the end of the cylindrical part. Conveying of the solid phase is provided by the differential speed between the bowl and the conveyor.

By the integrated HMI (Human-Machine-Interface) and the PLC (Porgrammable Logic Controller) in HAUS decanters, they can operate at different modes automatically, react automatically against the instantaneous changes in the process and monitor the signals that may occur. Thus, the instantaneous changes in the process can be handled without a need for operator intervention and gaining of product at requested specialties is achieved continuously and without affecting the process flow.

HAUS decanter centrifuges are presented with Constant Speed Drive System, Dual Drive System or Hydraulic Drive System according to the needs of the process.

    Constant Speed Drive System
It is a basic system when compared to the other systems and control options are limited. This system is utilized in processes where the rate of the solids amount is constant in the product fed to the decanter and there is no need to adjust the differential speed instantaneously. By the belt-pulley mechanism that is used, a constant differential speed is maintained.

    Dual Drive System
It is utilized in processes where the rate of the solids amount is variable in the product fed to the decanter and there is a constant need to adjust the differential speed instantaneously. The system is supported by the software developed by HAUS, so the adjustment of differential speed is done without a need for operator intervention.

    Hydraulic Drive System
It is a system where a hydraulic power is used to automatically adjust the differential speed instead of a mechanical gear. As it has the ability to provide high torque values, it also provides a solution at situations where electrical equipment is not desired on the machine. HAUS decanter centrifuges performs 3-phase separations of solid and two liquid phases which are immiscible with different densities efficiently as well as 2-phase (solid – liquid) separations processes. Light liquid phase is removed by the level-adjustable tubes and the heavy liquid phase is removed by the level-adjustable plates.

"For more than 65 years, HAUS has been synonymous with accomplishing high production quality, based on modern technologies; fulfilling customer satisfaction at utmost level dating back to 1954, when the young engineman Hakkı Gözlüklü has opened the doors of HAUS in Aydın and started activities. Between 2010 and 2018, HAUS Ist in İstanbul, HAUS Europe B.V. in the Netherlands, HAUS SEA in Malaysia, HAUS MED SRL in Italy, HAUS IBERICA in Spain and HAUS SA in India were founded. HAUS R&D Center was established in 2015 and the first turbo blower and screw press production began in 2017. Today, having the ability of manufacturing approximately 600 centrifuges annually with over 500 employees based on 32.000 m2 field integrated factory in Aydın - Turkey with latest technology equipment and quality system management, HAUS exports to more than 40 countries. "Before the machines are unloaded from the vehicle or the container, the general control must be made, and the machines condition must be recorded with photographs or video if possible. The date, time and location of the damage should be noted. As soon as the damage is detected, a report must be signed by the driver of the vehicle, the number of damaged containers must be indicated on the CMR convention and the signature of the carrier must be taken. CMR insurance will then be activated. In case of shipment damages, the damage report prepared with the logistics company should be directed to HAUS, meanwhile, the relevant insurance expert should be informed immediately and act according to the expert's instructions. It should not be forgotten that you may have to pay material damages due to transactions that are not done correctly on time. For more detailed information, you can request assistance from the relevant HAUS Sales department or After Sales Services department."
