It has lower energy consumption with its belted structure against increasing energy prices today. It has a vibration sensor on it. Vibration value can be monitored instantly on the PLC screen. In case of any negativity with the set set value, it informs the operator by giving an audible and visual warning; and it can stop the extractor when it exceeds the set value. Thanks to this feature, continuous operation control is provided.
With the Automatic CIP process, the extractor can be washed automatically at the end of work or between long-term work by controlling it from the PLC screen. It is ready for the next work. With the CIP process, the dirt load of the extractor is removed, reducing the risk of microorganism formation on the surfaces that the oil comes into contact with. It is completely suitable for hygienic conditions.
